Required Paperwork

All volunteers will be required to complete the Rockford Diocese Safe Environment online training and paperwork as well as complete a background check, please see below for all that is required. Some documentation needs to be updated and renewed, you can find PDF Downloadable forms below. Log into Virtus to see what documents are needed.

Not getting emails from Planning Center?

Add no-reply@planningcenter.comno-reply@churchcenteronline.com, and no-reply@churchcenter.com to their email address book, which allowlists them.

Calendar & Room Reservations

Ministries and Catholic or local community non-profits may request to reserve a space in our parish if available. Please note that Parish Activities take precedent over any outside events or activities. You are welcome to submit a request for space, but requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by our staff.

Annual Calendaring

Ministries and Organizations need to complete a Calendar Request Form for room reservations. This simplifies the process, and will help form a reliable calendar. Find the request form above.

Please review the Ministry Priority List below. This list is the order in which we will open our calendar up for requests to your ministry or organization. Your ministry will get a call or email when it is your turn to enter dates for the year. The calendar year will run August of the current year to July of the following year. We begin Calendaring in January and hope to complete the process by Easter. Please contact the office if you have any questions.
