Calendar & Room Reservations
Ministries and Catholic or local community non-profits may request to reserve a space in our parish if available. Please note that Parish Activities take precedent over any outside events or activities. You are welcome to submit a request for space, but requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by our staff.
If you wish to change or cancel a reservation, please contact, Lily Camarillo at lcamarillo@tcoha.org
Annual Calendaring
Ministries and Organizations need to complete a Calendar Request Form for room reservations. This simplifies the process, and will help form a reliable calendar. Find the request form above.
Please review the Ministry Priority List below. This list is the order in which we will open our calendar up for requests to your ministry or organization. Your ministry will get a call or email when it is your turn to enter dates for the year. The calendar year will run August of the current year to July of the following year. We begin Calendaring in January and hope to complete the process by Easter. Please contact the office if you have any questions.

Required Paperwork
New ministry volunteers will be required to complete the Rockford Diocese Safe Environment training and paperwork as well as complete a background check. If you are unsure if you need to complete these documents, please check the requirements below. If you’re not sure if you have fulfilled the requirements, please contact the office at 815-385-5673 to verify.
